Order Cancellation Policy

At Designcovers, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We strive to accommodate our customers while also ensuring efficient processing of orders.

Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at Support@Designcovers.com with your order number and details.

Refund Process: Upon cancellation within the allowable period, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refund processing time will depend on your financial institution.

Exceptions: Orders that have already been processed for manufacturing or shipment cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy.

Please note that our cancellation policy is designed to balance customer flexibility with operational efficiency. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Return Policy

Semi Custom Seat Covers

Semi-custom seat covers may be returned under certain conditions with a $20 restocking fee.

To initiate a return, you must call and obtain a return authorization number from our return department.

The seat covers must be in resalable condition with no soil, wear, or damage.

Please note, you are responsible for shipping charges.

Our seat covers are designed for factory seats only; we cannot accommodate aftermarket seats.

Fully Custom Made Seat Covers

Fully custom-made seat covers may only be returned for repair.

We guarantee the fit of all fully custom-made seat covers.

To request repairs or returns, please email us at Support@Designcovers.com.

We aim to respond to your email within one to two business days.

Please include your name, invoice or purchase order number, and a phone number where you can be reached.

If there is an issue with the seat cover, please include a picture if possible so we can better assist you.

Refunds are not available for fully custom-made seat covers due to their specific customization for your vehicle’s year, make, model, fabric, and color choice, making them unsuitable for resale.

Warranty

Designcovers is committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our seat covers.

For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, we warranty our seat covers against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty covers:

  • Issues with sewing or craftsmanship that affect the functionality of the seat covers.
  • Defects in materials used in the manufacturing of the seat covers.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Designcovers reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims and to either repair or replace the product at our discretion.
