The standard lead time for your seat cover order is 10-15 business days, as each item is meticulously made to order. For custom orders, the lead time may be extended. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Are Car Seat Design Covers Easy To Install?
Our seat covers are designed to cover the entirety of your seat and require secure anchoring under the seat. We understand that most modern vehicles have numerous electric controls and wires beneath the seat. We recommend setting aside at least two hours for installation to ensure the process is not rushed. By properly tucking and tightly anchoring the materials, we guarantee you will love both the product and the fitment.
How Do I Choose The Right Car Seat Design Cover For My Vehicle?

Can I Put My Initials On The Headrests?

Can I Install Car Seat Design Covers Over Leather Seats?
While placing your order, you have the option to specify your vehicle’s upholstery. If leather is selected, we will add our anti-slip rubber to the underside of the seat covers. This ensures that your seat covers remain securely in place, preventing the slipping and sliding common with other covers on leather seats.

Why was my card charged right away when it is going to take 10 days to get my order?
All orders are made to order, meaning we begin the cutting, sewing, and assembly process only after full payment is received. For more details about our seat covers and their production process, please refer to our General Seat Cover Product Information page. We appreciate your business.
How is shipping and how long does it take to receive an order?
Shipping and handling times can vary between carriers. Typically, most carriers deliver within 3-5 business days, though these times may vary due to weather conditions and volume.
Can I get monogramming, logos, or embroidery on my Designcovers product?

Why is it that you don't have my vehicle pattern?

With hundreds of different years, make, and models of vehicles, it’s our mission to provide patterns for as many as possible. However, we may not currently offer a pattern for your specific vehicle. Please visit our “Customize Car & Truck Seat Covers” page to collaborate with us in customizing a set for you. We may ask for measurements and photos of your seats to ensure a perfect fit, and we’ll do our best to tailor seat covers specifically for your vehicle!

Why Aren't Your Installation Instructions Vehicle Specific?
With hundreds of different years, makes, and models of vehicles, we strive to include as many as possible in our comprehensive, easy-to-understand installation instructions. These instructions provide a general idea of how to install your seat covers, as most seats share similarities. Why Don't My Seat Covers Have a Cover For The Center Console?

Our seat covers do not include console covers unless specifically selected in your listing. You are welcome to order that piece separately on our “Customize Car & Truck Seat Covers” page as well!

What are your Operating Hours and Contact Info?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PT. Please feel free to contact us directly through our contact page if you have any questions or concerns.
How are materials different from each other?
We offer several materials, with cotton, velvet, and leatherette being our primary options. For detailed information on these materials, please visit our General Seat Cover Product Information page.
How long does it take to make my product?
Our standard order lead time is 10-15 business days. For more custom orders, the lead time may extend to approximately 5 weeks.
My vehicle pattern is not listed, what should I do?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We can ship internationally outside of the United States. Shipping costs will be adjusted based on the destination location.
Can I change the shipping address or ship to multiple addresses?

Please contact us directly via our “Contact Us” page and have your order number handy. We will assist you in adjusting the shipping address accordingly.

How can I clean my Cover?
Our cotton and velvet seat covers are machine washable. Please use cold water and allow them to drip dry. Do not place them in a dryer. We recommend regular maintenance such as wiping with a damp cloth and vacuuming. This not only cleans your covers but also extends their lifespan. Please avoid harsh chemicals as that may discolor or damage the fabrics. Soap and water is sufficient.
Will Seat Covers work on Seats with Side Airbags?
Our seat covers are fully functional and include necessary cutouts and openings for your seats, including openings for side seat airbags.
Will my seat covers arrive before Christmas?
Orders placed before December 5th will be delivered before Christmas. Any orders placed after December 5th are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.
What is the difference between semi custom and custom seat covers?
Semi-custom seat covers feature your preferred material on the seat face, while the back is covered with highly elastic lycra material. This lycra material allows for greater tolerance in fitment compared to fully custom covers, which are made entirely from your preferred material.
